My name is Leslie, and I built my chicken coop in 2016 with my husband. We built the coop from scratch, learning along the way, and have been raising chickens for eight years. Over the years, I have owned a variety of chickens including Barred Rocks, Rhode Island Reds, Dominiques, Copper Marans, Australorps, Jersey Giants, Ameraucanas, Red Stars, and Brahmas.
I am passionate about raising chickens, and sharing tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way. It’s hard but so rewarding!
